Merino wool is obtained from merino sheep. Their wool is much finer than regular sheep wool, so it is very soft and gentle on the skin. Merino wool warms in cold weather, but does not make you sweat in warm weather. It does not electrify, so it does not attract dust. Therefore, it is an ideal option for baby clothes and blankets.
