1. Controller of personal data processing
1.1. The controller of personal data processing is SIA “Packlett-Baltija”, Reg. No. LV40003281185; Legal address: Brīvības gatve 362-70, Riga, LV-1006, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as ADIRADI.LV), website: adiradi.lv.
2. Personal data processor
2.1. ADIRADI.LV processes the personal data of the Clients to the extent and order as determined and permitted by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union.
3. Applicable law
3.1. Regulation of the European Parliament and Council no. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of such data (April 27, 2016).
3.2. The Law on the Protection of Data of Natural Persons.
4. What is the privacy policy
4.1. The Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") provides information on how ADIRADI.LV collects, processes, stores, deletes and protects the Clients' personal data, thereby ensuring that the Clients' personal data is processed legally, in good faith and in a transparent manner for the Clients. The policy applies to the personal data of Customers, any processing of personal data and services provided to Customers.
4.2. If ADIRADI.LV updates this policy, all changes will be published on the ADIRADI.LV website adiradi.lv, in the section - "Privacy".
5. What personal data is processed by ADIRADI.LV:
5.1. ADIRADI.LV is entitled to process such personal data for the purposes indicated in point 7 of this Policy:
5.1.1. name and surname;
5.1.2. delivery address;
5.1.3. phone number;
5.1.4. e-mail address;
5.1.5. bank details;
5.1.6. data that the Customer himself informs adiradi.lv.
6. What is the legal basis of the Customer's personal data
6.1. Customer's consent - The customer, as the subject of personal data, gives his consent to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes. The customer's consent is his free will and independent decision, which can be given at any time, thus allowing ADIRADI.LV to process personal data for the specified purposes. The customer has the right to withdraw his previously given consent at any time, using the specified communication channels (see the "Contact us" section of the ADIRADI.LV website adiradi.lv). The requested changes will take effect within five working days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
6.2. Legitimate interests of ADIRADI.LV - respecting the interests of ADIRADI.LV, which are based on the provision of quality services and timely support to the Client, ADIRADI.LV has the right to process the Client's personal data to the extent that it is objectively necessary and sufficient for the purposes specified in this Policy.
6.3. Fulfillment of legal obligations – ADIRADI.LV is entitled to process personal data in order to fulfill the requirements of regulatory acts, as well as to provide answers to legal requests of the state and local government.
7. For what purposes does ADIRADI.LV process the personal data of Customers
7.1. ADIRADI.LV processes personal data to ensure quality service provision;
7.2. for effective cash flow management, i.e. for the administration of customer payments and debts;
7.3. statistical data of ADIRADI.LV customers is processed for market analysis and business model development;
7.4. processes personal data in order to create and maintain ADIRADI.LV internal processes, ensure the circulation of documents and other internal processes (for example, archiving contracts and other documents) to the necessary and sufficient extent.
8. How ADIRADI.LV obtains the Customer's personal data
8.1. ADIRADI.LV obtains the Clients' personal data when the Clients:
8.1.1. buys an ADIRADI.LV product;
8.1.2. sign up to receive news, notifications or other services;
8.1.3. ask ADIRADI.LV for more information about the service or contact ADIRADI.LV in connection with a complaint or information request, identifying the Customer.
9. What is the processing time of the Customer's personal data
9.1. ADIRADI.LV will process Customer's personal data as long as at least one of the following circumstances exists:
9.1.1. the period of storage of personal data is determined or follows from the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union;
9.1.2. as necessary for the realization and protection of the legitimate interests of ADIRADI.LV;
9.1.3. until the Client's consent to the processing of personal data has been withdrawn.
10. How does ADIRADI.LV protect the personal data of its customers
10.1. ADIRADI.LV provides, constantly revises and improves protection measures to protect Customer's personal data from unauthorized access, accidental loss, disclosure or destruction. To ensure this, ADIRADI.LV uses modern technologies, technical and organizational requirements, i.e. using firewalls, intrusion detection, analysis software and data encryption.
10.2. ADIRADI.LV carefully checks all service providers that process the Clients' personal data on behalf of ADIRADI.LV, as well as evaluates whether cooperation partners (personal data processors) apply appropriate security measures so that the processing of Clients' personal data takes place in accordance with ADIRADI.LV's delegation and requirements of regulatory acts. Cooperation partners are not allowed to process the Customer's personal data for their own purposes.
10.3. ADIRADI.LV does not take responsibility for any unauthorized access to personal data and/or loss of personal data, if it does not depend on ADIRADI.LV, for example due to the Customer's fault and/or negligence.
10.4. ADIRADI.LV will notify the Customer in case of a threat to the Customer's personal data.
11. What rights do Customers have
11.1. Correct all personal data about yourself held by ADIRADI.LV by applying for changes by sending an e-mail to info@adiradi.lv or by calling +371 20010737.
11.2. Request deletion or restriction of processing of personal data, the processing of which is no longer necessary in accordance with the purposes for which it was collected and processed.
11.3. Contact ADIRADI.LV or the institution supervising the processing of personal data (Data state inspection, www.dvi.gov.lv) regarding questions about personal data processing.
