1. General conditions
1.1. By shopping on ADIRADI.LV, you agree that a Distance Agreement is concluded, which is valid between You as the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the client) and online store ADIRADI.LV, the owner SIA “Packlett-Baltija”, Reg. No. LV40003281185; Brīvības gatve 362-70, Riga, LV-1006, Latvia (hereinafter referred to as ADIRADI.LV) about purchasing products in the online store and their delivery.
1.2 The procedure for shopping on ADIRADI.LV is determined by the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" (20th of May, 2014), as well as the Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights.
1.3. ADIRADI.LV reserves the right to unilaterally change the shopping rules, price list, product offer at any time at its discretion in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The changes take effect from the moment of publication on the website ADIRADI.LV. Orders placed before the change came into effect will be subject to the terms in effect at the time the order was placed.
1.4. The images posted on the website can only be used for illustrative purposes. In these cases, the choice of possible colors/materials is indicated with the specific item. The color tone in the images may differ slightly from the real thing. It depends on your device's screen settings.
1.5. If the customer wants to make a purchase on ADIRADI.LV, when placing an order, the customer confirms that he has read the Terms and conditions and agrees to them.
2. Placement of orders and payment
2.1. Both ADIRADI.LV registered customers and non-registered customers are entitled to place an order.
2.2. By placing an order on ADIRADI.LV, you agree to these terms and conditions of shopping, payment, delivery, return and privacy, all of which form an integral part of this distance agreement.
2.3.On the ADIRADI.LV online store, choose a product, its color or size and quantity, and press the "ADD TO CART" button, then press the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button if you want to view more products, or the "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" button if you want to complete the purchase and place an order.
2.3.1. Fill in the required information fields.
2.3.2. Choose your preferred delivery method.
2.3.3. Choose your preferred payment method.
2.3.4. Confirm the order. If you chose to pay by bank transfer, an invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.
3. Business hours and order processing
3.1. Orders placed by the customer are accepted 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
3.2. Orders placed by the customer are processed on working days from 9:00 to 17:00, excluding holidays.
3.3. The customer has the opportunity to consult about the product and place orders by e-mail: info@adiradi.lv.
3.4. Shipping time is 2 - 4 working days after receiving the payment in our bank account if the product and the selected amount of products are in stock and if all the information necessary for delivery is specified (address, exact phone number, etc.).
4. Delivery
4.1. The customer chooses the method of receiving the products when placing an order on ADIRADI.LV.
4.2. Products are delivered in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania.
4.3. The delivery of the products is ensured within 2 - 4 working days after the products have been sent.
4.4. Product delivery options and prices can be viewed in the Delivery section.
4.5. ADIRADI.LV is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the product if the customer has specified an incorrect delivery address or other details and cannot be contacted at the specified contact number.
5. Warranty
5.1. All products on ADIRADI.LV have a guarantee specified in regulatory acts.
5.2. The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects or the quality of raw materials. If the product has the following problems during the warranty period, contact us.
5.3. The guarantee is valid if the customer presents a document confirming the purchase.
6. Other conditions
6.1. ADIRADI.LV does not compensate for moral damages, possible expenses, missed opportunities that have arisen due to changes in the delivery term, price, or availability due to the manufacturer's or supplier's fault.
