Product returns
1. You have the right to reject the products within 14 days without giving a reason.
2. The right of rejecting the products expires 14 days after you have received the products.
3. In case you want to reject the products, please fill out the form and send to the e-mail address: info@adiradi.lv or postal address: Brīvības gatve 362-70, Rīga, LV-1006; together with the proof of purchase.
4. In order for the deadline for the right of rejecting to be respected, it is sufficient if you send your notification about the exercise of the right of rejecting before the expiry of the right of rejecting.
5. The right of rejecting cannot be used if the packaging of the product has been opened and cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons.
If you return the products
1. If you reject and return the products, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred because you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after we were informed of your decision to return the products.
2. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fee in connection with such refund.
3. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever is earlier.
4. You must send back the products without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your decision to return the products. The deadline will be met if you send the products back before the 14-day deadline. You will be responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the products.
5. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the products if the products are used for other purposes than to establish the type, characteristics and performance of these products.
